As a bride facing some last-minute challenges, I arrived at the Viva La Med Spa in a flustered state. However, the staff’s professionalism and warmth immediately put me at ease. I’ve never actually gotten any services from viva la med (my wife has and loves it). But giving 5 stars cause they always have dog treats outside and a water bowl. And today, my dog pulled me there and there were no treats outside so an employee came outside to give him one. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Customer service was amazing. Upon walking in they greet you with drinks, snacks, welcome signs and more. The 2 star rating is because my 3D/4D ultrasound service was terrible. I highly suggest the business look into hiring a sonographer with more experience. She was extremely aggressive and even shook my baby with the probe to try to turn him around..The resolution of the ultrasound was terrible and they only allow you to see it on the small screen not the tv. The sonographer struggled working with the machine and was not able to get any pictures of him and still tried to have me pay for the service.. My wife and I traveled 2 hours to this location due to the good reviews and unfortunately didn’t have the most pleasant experience. She was nice nevertheless just not experienced enough. She also stated the best time to get a 4D ultrasound was before 20 weeks which is also not accurate due to the baby being so little and face not filling out until around 24-34 weeks..2 stars for the owner being amazing and congratulated us and didn’t make us pay for the service.

After having had a bad (I mean, bad) experience across the street at The Fitz, I looked through other med spa offerings and so off I went to Viva La Med Spa, a family-owned and family-run med spa directly across the street. With over 260 reviews, Viva La Med Spa’s 4.9 score is much higher than The Fitz. (The five star reviews all mention the customer service and yes, the services.)Yes, it is not as luxurious as The Fitz but the people who work there are so genuine and welcoming, just like a family. The other stuff is just..well.. furniture.I am excited because they will be offering Sofwave, the procedure I was to undergo at The Fitz.But wait let me tell you about my experience at Viva La Med Spa-it was for teeth whitening. I called to make an appointment and asked about the cost. The receptionist said that there was a Groupon and to make the appointment and then bring the Groupon with me and they would honor it. What business tells you how to save money?— only one that cares about having you as a client/patient/customer. And, yes, there is more, they donate some their profits to burn victims. So you can feel good about yourself and know that you are helping someone else at the same time. And yes, I am smiling all the time now.

I started coming to Viva over a year ago. For their spa for botox treatment, their botox price are awesome they always have a great deal going on! The staff and owner are just absolutely fantastic! If I thought I was in love before, i’m in love even more. I started their weight loss program 4 weeks ago, and I’m almost down 10 pounds. Manar, the nurse practitioner, has been amazing through the process with encouragement and guidance. I recommend this place to any friend and family. Make it a spa day
Princess treatment all the way. You’re greeted with a glass of champagne & your name appears on the big screen welcoming you. The treatment I received was very professional & clean. I got skin analysis done which highlighted needed target points. Staff is all very friendly & approachable. Not pushy. You can talk to them about anything & they will give their honest opinion. I’m very happy & pleased with the results. Will keep coming.

I’m a first time client here, and I came with a friend for their Tox & Tequila event. Rachit is friendly and promptly attends to all of the clients. It was a very informative experience, and I left with a bunch of free goodies. Will definitely be returning in the future.
Pulled the trigger and started Monjouro. I meet with Manar every Friday and she has been amazing. I was nervous to start this and never thought I would. I went to ask questions and she answered everything and has so much knowledge. Our check ins she asks important questions and makes calls according to how my body is responding.

Came in with my mother to get a half syringe of lip filler as first timers and it was an amazing experience! We were taken care of by Maheen who was supervised by Veronica and they were both excellent at making us feel comfortable & preparing us, as well as doing wonderful with the filler. The results are gorgeous and they did exactly what we wanted in terms of lip shape and volume. Would 100% recommend!
I’m a person with normal size lips but I felt like my bottom on needed a little more roundness. Maheen & Veronica are amazing. They were extremely professional and they did an excellent job. Will definitely recommend them

This med spa is my favorite in Chicago I have tried many places and I love this one because of the quality of customer service and overall excellent staff. The owner is a wonderful man he remembers every customer treats like like they are close friends always offers to do extra or go overboard to get what they want. He and his staff are lovely kind and flexible. Being someone with a volatile schedule I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to work with me on times and dates. When I did get a service done in the past not to my liking the owner compensated me fully for it and I greatly appreciated it. And will continue to be a customer. The prices are fair and reasonable they offer a lot of perks to new members and customers I highly recommend this place it is a wonderful and honest business

I had booked two services through ClassPass as a last minute resort after I found out my regular eyebrow tech was on vacation. I called right after booking to confirm the times I reserved the services for was in the right order. The guy on the phone told me it was good and that I’d be taken care of by the same employee. Little did I know he misunderstood my call and switched my appointments to a later time. No notification via email of this change.I arrived 15 mins before my original 6pm appointment, and while checking in, he couldn’t find my appointment right away. Didn’t think anything of it but as soon as it turned 6:20, I knew something was wrong. He tried to put me in a room and offer other services while I waited, but none that I felt comfortable saying yes to since I was already unsure of their service. If it would have been any other day and I was not in desperate need of getting my eyebrows done before my trip, I would have left. He then asked me to go back to the waiting room. Finally 6:30 rolled around and he said it would be another 3 mins. I wasn’t in another room until 6:50.The same employee that was about to do my facial, I saw multiple times just hanging out and sitting at the front desk while 4-5 customers were being taken care of before me by other employees. The guy who adjusted my appointments knew from the moment I walked in that there was a scheduling error. Instead of making room for me at an earlier time, I waited for an hour to finally get my facial. I don’t even feel confident that whoever did my facial was trained to do so, as there were still a ton of residue on my face, plus she was at the front desk too often compared to the other employees there.I was originally not going to review and was even going to tip as I was trying to be understanding that mistakes happen, however my experience just kept getting worst. They had forgotten that I also had an eyebrow threading appointment. The girl who did my facial was about to walk out before I asked if I would still be getting my eyebrows done, she even asked “are you getting it waxed or threaded?” This had to be with another lady, per ClassPass, her name was Lorena. Both services was not done by the same employee as I was promised through the phone. On top of the unsanitary conditions pictured (if you zoom in you’ll probably see all the long hair on the floor), Lorena’s fingers literally smelled like onions while doing my eyebrows. That was disgusting after I had already gotten a subpar facial. I had to ask her to redo my eyebrows and after the second try I said to just forget it, in hopes I could save my own eyebrows at home before she did anymore damage and ruin my upcoming vacation even more. She gave me attitude and said the portion of my eyebrows I was pointing at she never touched. Absolutely kept denying she did anything which was ridiculous because that exact spot was red from the overplucking and threading. I had specifically told her that I didn’t want it too thinned out and to keep the shape. I’m sorry, I look at my eyebrows daily, I know how they originally looked when I stepped into the spa and I absolutely still had shape to it before she went at it. It was also not a traditional threading. Professional threaders use the thread 99% of the whole styling. It was about 50% threading and 50% plucking with a tweezer. My eyebrows were already very overgrown so absolutely no need to use a tweezer and no reason why my right arch was tweezed/threaded so much that it didn’t match my left arch.Lastly, I was promised that my ClassPass credits would be returned back to me. Still did not receive those back. Stay away, and if you’ve already found a great esthetician and your favorite eyebrow place, don’t stray away from them when you’re on a pinch right before a vacation. You might as well DIY at home.
Literally obsessed with this place – I get laser done here and it’s so fast, easy, and relaxing. I’m planning on blowing all my ClassPass credits there each month trying out new services.

Phenomenal experience here with my mom and we will be back! I booked a last minute facial for both of us as well as a manicure for my mom who never ever pampers herself. I am so glad we went here because her first facial was an amazing experience. We could not stop raving about the facial and how immaculate her manicure was. I hate to leave a bad review. I wanted to love this place and I really had a good experience, however, I broke out so bad after my lymphatic drainage massage. So bad. I haven’t ever had a break out after a facial. I don’t know if I had a reaction to the products they used (mask or moisturizers). I will say my skin hasn’t reacted well to fragrance before, so if whatever they used had fragrance and that’s why I’m reacting I wish they would have mentioned this. I did mention during the massage that my skin doesn’t handle fragrance well. Fragrance is a common thing to be sensitive to. No idea if that’s what did it but my face is on fire rn, it’s slowly getting better.
The BEST facial with Taryn! Excellent service with high quality products. Five stars is not enough at Viva La Med Spa. I can’t wait for my next facial!

Good customer service and nice environment however NONE of the services we got done worked. We had the pcp hair growth thing and the chin lipo whatever it was called . None of it worked unfortunately. We ended up getting some of our money back but wish we hadn’t gotten any done and hadn’t paid for any ! Thousands of dollars down the drain….Also I had a facial done there because it was for free but the girl never asked me for my skin type or anything so she ended up drying the heck out of my skin using stuff for oily skin. But I have dry skin lol. I noticed it when my skin started burning abit and later on almost cracked !!

I had their 30 mins mini facial experience and it was so nice, the Esthetician has customized products for my skin, used amazing cleanser and exfoliator and also a machine that lifted my skin as well. I love how this was a blend of manual techniques and machine as well. They seem to have the latest and best apparatus for skin!Upon ny arrival I got this lively gift bag, and my name on this big screen and a beverage of choice. I felt pampered way before the treatment begun.Now I am going back with my girlfriends too so they can feel the experience at Viva La Med Spa. It was impeccable thanks somuch!!!
I had Botox and filler( almost full face)from Nurse Haejin, and she was great. I love the natural-looking results, and my Botox lasted for a while. I’m so happy with the results. Thank you, and I will come back again!
My boyfriend and I got engaged today and popped in randomly. Rachit, the owner and all the lovely folks working there were so sweet. They even posted our news on their TV. Even though we are visiting from Dallas for a short time, I signed up for some services. Super excited 🥰

I just finished receiving a Hydrafacial by Olivia at Viva la Med Spa and am already looking forward to getting my next one. From start to finish my experience here was fantastic. Rachit and his staff are friendly, professional and made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in the door. I will definitely be exploring their other services and booking my next appointment soon.
2 stars for the beautiful lobby and friendly front staff. I had high hopes based on all the great reviews but I was left so disappointed and frustrated. First, I came in for lip fillers and I have gotten my lips done before so I was familiar with the process but more filler was placed on my upper lip so after three weeks it migrated due to injection placement and I looked like a duck. Came back to get the filler dissolved and it was so painful I was not given numbing cream or anything for all those pokes. I had to go somewhere else to get them fully dissolved. Overall, I learned my lesson I tried to go somewhere new and it was just a big fail and waste of money.

Omg if you are looking for a great facial and skin care spa then this is the place for you. Ponleu was my aesthetician she is very nice, kind and friendly. She explained the entire process and answered all my questions. The chemical peel was the biorepeel and it was fantastic. I’ve been a member over year and nothing but heaven on my face.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR LIP/CHIN FILLERS.Firstly, they claim you will not get a parking ticket if you park at their parking lot but YOU WILL get ticketed regardless if they pay it or not. I had gone to get a promo of “buy 1 synergie and get the other free” a few months ago, turns out that “promo” was already “expired” yet still promoting it on their Instagram, so I had to pay the full amount. The nurse that did my lip injections was very aggressive (didn’t get her name) and painful on my lips, for some reason she thought it was necessary to remove my FULL FACE of makeup considering you just need to remove around the lip area. She was unable to tell me the difference between lip fillers, nor which type she was using on me. She was also more interested in taking photos of me for her content and having me follow her Instagram.This is not my first time getting lip fillers, I’ve never had such a bad experience. She continued removing my makeup after I told her it was not necessary. After I left my first visit, I had to return 2 weeks later because the nurse left my top lip uneven as well as my chin. On the second visit, I requested the owner Rachit for a different nurse, upon arriving, turns out the nurse I had requested was not there and I was not told via text/email, considering I live far, I drove 1 hour for nothing. Rachit thought by giving me a free bottle of vodka will fix my lip, and return the hour I wasted. After rescheduling for the 3rd visit, the other nurse was also not professional, put way too much numbing cream to the point where I couldn’t feel my tongue.I will never return to this place, and I recommend anyone that is considering, please do you research! Not sure what’s going on now, but I keep getting spammed by them on Instagram requesting to follow me after I denied them so many times, so unprofessional.For it to be a “professional” place, clearly these nurses have no knowledge of what’s going and cannot do their job correctly.

By far, it is one of my favorite places for my self-care. The location is nice right off Wells in Old Town, down the street from plenty of eateries. Plus, it’s a great amenity that the spa takes care of our parking in the nearby garage. As soon as you walk in, you are met with wonderful, clean decor and bright, warm smiles of a staff that clearly enjoys being a part of Viva La Med Spa. The staff is very knowledgeable, nice, and attentive. Every service I’ve had here, I’ve loved. The skin analysis is such a cool and informative experience. I highly recommend Viva La Med Spa!
I am blown away by the amazing customer service at Viva La Med Spa. They truly value and care about their customer experience and will go above and beyond to ensure customers have a positive and joyful experience all throughout.A great personal touch is that the owner is very involved and personality greets all incoming guests with a warm welcome. They do personalized signs for all new clients as well as a tour and even offer complimentary services, drinks, and snacks. This all contributed to a great first impression and made me feel comfortable and at home which I think is very important when receiving services that are meant to be relaxing or pampering. The last thing you want is to be uncomfortable while trying to relax.Of course, after the outstanding first impression, I came back for additional services. I’ve gotten lip filler and am doing laser hair removal on two areas.I’ve had filler before but I don’t think I’ve ever loved my results as much as I do now. I saw Marie for filler and WOW she is truly talented and I don’t think I can ever see anyone else besides her again. I cannot wait to schedule my next appointment with her.

Absolutely loved my experience from beginning to end! Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me as this was my first time getting Botox done. The place is so cute with all of your cosmetic needs. I scheduled my follow up but this place made me feel good about my decision and my hydro facial was great as well my skin is glowing !! Amazing first experience. The mini facial is soothing, refreshing, products smell amazing, customer service is top notch! I was even offered water or mimosa. The friendly gift of chapstick & a skin analysis afterwards was a great service to have offered. Face was left feeling like a newborns butt & I was glowing!
I really enjoy booking specifically with Veronica! She always is attentive and informative when she cares for my face. I am really picky about people messing with my face. But the fact that she is super talented, has years of experience and loves learning in her field. I took my mother here for a hydra facial for Mother’s Day and we had a great experience! The staff of super friendly and welcoming, we even had a welcome sign with our names on it. Owner is also awesome, he took the time to speak and get to know us, and even gave a tour of the place. It’s a clean facility with various services to chose from! As a first time client we received dermaplaning, laser hair removal ( on arm pits), and a skin age test for free! There’s also multiple other items you can receive for free too for your first time. Definitely recommend if you are looking to try out a new med spa! We will definitely be back for our next round of facials and Botox!

I always love my experience at Viva la med spa. Everyone is so welcoming, super nice and friendly. The first time I went there, they gave me a tour to the entire place and had my facial skin assessed with this cool machine for my skin age and condition which was so fun to know and informative. I had been putting it off but I finally went to Viva La Med Spa for my first teeth whitening treatment. I was really happy with the results. I had no teeth sensitivity during the process. Portia was such a sweetheart & while I was there I also got a skin analysis. It was pretty cool seeing the quality of my skin and how I’d look when I’m older. I even got to see how I would look with lip filler. Definitely will try it! I look forward to more treatments at Viva La Med Spa 🙂

Turns out doing things on a whim can lead to pretty cool outcomes. Got a nice skin cleansing and lymphatic draining followed by a refreshing hydrofacial with a vitamin C booster. Face is brighter and smoother now. Topped it all of with a teeth whitening to boast how satisfied I was. Thanks Viva and your great staff! 🙂

I received a tour by the owner and the team at the spa where they explained the services they offer with state of the art equipment. The facility is clean and pristine. Everyone was very welcoming. I recently returned for a HydraFacial and was treated like I was part of the family. Nancy explained the procedure and walked me through it as she performed the facial. I happened to stumble upon this med spa on my way home from work and decided to pop in, and I am SO happy I did!! The staff was so incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about all of their services. They immediately showed me around and I got a mini facial that left my skin glowing for three days!! I immediately booked laser hair removal for the next morning and it was so quick and painless. I had the pleasure to attend the grand opening and it is one of the nicest spas I have ever been to. The Spa is beautiful, clean and the staff is warm and friendly. The owner greeted us right away, he treated us like family. He was going above and beyond to make sure everyone’s experience was great. I was incredibly fortunate to be able to receive services during the soft opening. The staff and owner were so welcoming and friendly and gave me a tour of the entire spa and a run down on the many services they offer. I had a facial, jaw tightening, and CO2 laser treatment. Serena and Nancy made me very comfortable for the laser treatment and I’m already seeing results. Serena is fantastic and was very knowledgeable during my facial and microdermabrasion, my face still looks glowing and pores are noticeably minimized.I’m so glad to have a med spa so close in Old Town and one that offers so many services. I decided to try Viva La Med Spa during their soft opening for VForm fat reduction and skin tightening. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and made the visit easy. It was painless and I began to notice results right away. It’s been a few weeks and I’m still noticing fat reduction! They have options for everything you could imagine. I’ve never actually gotten any services from viva la med (my wife has and loves it). But giving 5 stars cause they always have dog treats outside and a water bowl. And today, my dog pulled me there and there were no treats outside so an employee came outside to give him one. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Customer service was amazing. Upon walking in they greet you with drinks, snacks, welcome signs and more. The 2 star rating is because my 3D/4D ultrasound service was terrible. I highly suggest the business look into hiring a sonographer with more experience. She was extremely aggressive and even shook my baby with the probe to try to turn him around..The resolution of the ultrasound was terrible and they only allow you to see it on the small screen not the tv. The sonographer struggled working with the machine and was not able to get any pictures of him and still tried to have me pay for the service.. My wife and I traveled 2 hours to this location due to the good reviews and unfortunately didn’t have the most pleasant experience. She was nice nevertheless just not experienced enough. She also stated the best time to get a 4D ultrasound was before 20 weeks which is also not accurate due to the baby being so little and face not filling out until around 24-34 weeks..2 stars for the owner being amazing and congratulated us and didn’t make us pay for the service.

After having had a bad (I mean, bad) experience across the street at The Fitz, I looked through other med spa offerings and so off I went to Viva La Med Spa, a family-owned and family-run med spa directly across the street. With over 260 reviews, Viva La Med Spa’s 4.9 score is much higher than The Fitz. (The five star reviews all mention the customer service and yes, the services.)Yes, it is not as luxurious as The Fitz but the people who work there are so genuine and welcoming, just like a family. The other stuff is just..well.. furniture.I am excited because they will be offering Sofwave, the procedure I was to undergo at The Fitz.But wait let me tell you about my experience at Viva La Med Spa-it was for teeth whitening. I called to make an appointment and asked about the cost. The receptionist said that there was a Groupon and to make the appointment and then bring the Groupon with me and they would honor it. What business tells you how to save money?— only one that cares about having you as a client/patient/customer. And, yes, there is more, they donate some their profits to burn victims. So you can feel good about yourself and know that you are helping someone else at the same time. And yes, I am smiling all the time now.

I started coming to Viva over a year ago. For their spa for botox treatment, their botox price are awesome they always have a great deal going on! The staff and owner are just absolutely fantastic! If I thought I was in love before, i’m in love even more. I started their weight loss program 4 weeks ago, and I’m almost down 10 pounds. Manar, the nurse practitioner, has been amazing through the process with encouragement and guidance. I recommend this place to any friend and family. Make it a spa day

I got skin analysis done which highlighted needed target points. Staff is all very friendly & approachable. Not pushy. You can talk to them about anything & they will give their honest opinion. Pulled the trigger and started Monjouro. I meet with Manar every Friday and she has been amazing. I was nervous to start this and never thought I would. I went to ask questions and she answered everything and has so much knowledge. Our check ins she asks important questions and makes calls according to how my body is responding.

Came in with my mother to get a half syringe of lip filler as first timers and it was an amazing experience! We were taken care of by Maheen who was supervised by Veronica and they were both excellent at making us feel comfortable & preparing us, as well as doing wonderful with the filler. The results are gorgeous and they did exactly what we wanted in terms of lip shape and volume. Would 100% recommend!

This med spa is my favorite in Chicago I have tried many places and I love this one because of the quality of customer service and overall excellent staff. The owner is a wonderful man he remembers every customer treats like like they are close friends always offers to do extra or go overboard to get what they want. He and his staff are lovely kind and flexible. Being someone with a volatile schedule I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to work with me on times and dates. When I did get a service done in the past not to my liking the owner compensated me fully for it and I greatly appreciated it. And will continue to be a customer. The prices are fair and reasonable they offer a lot of perks to new members and customers I highly recommend this place it is a wonderful and honest business

I had booked two services through ClassPass as a last minute resort after I found out my regular eyebrow tech was on vacation. I called right after booking to confirm the times I reserved the services for was in the right order. The guy on the phone told me it was good and that I’d be taken care of by the same employee. Little did I know he misunderstood my call and switched my appointments to a later time. No notification via email of this change.I arrived 15 mins before my original 6pm appointment, and while checking in, he couldn’t find my appointment right away. Didn’t think anything of it but as soon as it turned 6:20, I knew something was wrong. He tried to put me in a room and offer other services while I waited, but none that I felt comfortable saying yes to since I was already unsure of their service. If it would have been any other day and I was not in desperate need of getting my eyebrows done before my trip, I would have left. He then asked me to go back to the waiting room. Finally 6:30 rolled around and he said it would be another 3 mins. I wasn’t in another room until 6:50.The same employee that was about to do my facial, I saw multiple times just hanging out and sitting at the front desk while 4-5 customers were being taken care of before me by other employees. The guy who adjusted my appointments knew from the moment I walked in that there was a scheduling error. Instead of making room for me at an earlier time, I waited for an hour to finally get my facial. I don’t even feel confident that whoever did my facial was trained to do so, as there were still a ton of residue on my face, plus she was at the front desk too often compared to the other employees there.I was originally not going to review and was even going to tip as I was trying to be understanding that mistakes happen, however my experience just kept getting worst. They had forgotten that I also had an eyebrow threading appointment. The girl who did my facial was about to walk out before I asked if I would still be getting my eyebrows done, she even asked “are you getting it waxed or threaded?” This had to be with another lady, per ClassPass, her name was Lorena. Both services was not done by the same employee as I was promised through the phone. On top of the unsanitary conditions pictured (if you zoom in you’ll probably see all the long hair on the floor), Lorena’s fingers literally smelled like onions while doing my eyebrows. That was disgusting after I had already gotten a subpar facial. I had to ask her to redo my eyebrows and after the second try I said to just forget it, in hopes I could save my own eyebrows at home before she did anymore damage and ruin my upcoming vacation even more. She gave me attitude and said the portion of my eyebrows I was pointing at she never touched. Absolutely kept denying she did anything which was ridiculous because that exact spot was red from the overplucking and threading. I had specifically told her that I didn’t want it too thinned out and to keep the shape. I’m sorry, I look at my eyebrows daily, I know how they originally looked when I stepped into the spa and I absolutely still had shape to it before she went at it. It was also not a traditional threading. Professional threaders use the thread 99% of the whole styling. It was about 50% threading and 50% plucking with a tweezer. My eyebrows were already very overgrown so absolutely no need to use a tweezer and no reason why my right arch was tweezed/threaded so much that it didn’t match my left arch.Lastly, I was promised that my ClassPass credits would be returned back to me. Still did not receive those back. Stay away, and if you’ve already found a great esthetician and your favorite eyebrow place, don’t stray away from them when you’re on a pinch right before a vacation. You might as well DIY at home.

Phenomenal experience here with my mom and we will be back! I booked a last minute facial for both of us as well as a manicure for my mom who never ever pampers herself. I am so glad we went here because her first facial was an amazing experience. We could not stop raving about the facial and how immaculate her manicure was. I hate to leave a bad review. I wanted to love this place and I really had a good experience, however, I broke out so bad after my lymphatic drainage massage. So bad. I haven’t ever had a break out after a facial. I don’t know if I had a reaction to the products they used (mask or moisturizers). I will say my skin hasn’t reacted well to fragrance before, so if whatever they used had fragrance and that’s why I’m reacting I wish they would have mentioned this. I did mention during the massage that my skin doesn’t handle fragrance well. Fragrance is a common thing to be sensitive to. No idea if that’s what did it but my face is on fire rn, it’s slowly getting better.

Good customer service and nice environment however NONE of the services we got done worked. We had the pcp hair growth thing and the chin lipo whatever it was called . None of it worked unfortunately. We ended up getting some of our money back but wish we hadn’t gotten any done and hadn’t paid for any ! Thousands of dollars down the drain….Also I had a facial done there because it was for free but the girl never asked me for my skin type or anything so she ended up drying the heck out of my skin using stuff for oily skin. But I have dry skin lol. I noticed it when my skin started burning abit and later on almost cracked !!

I had their 30 mins mini facial experience and it was so nice, the Esthetician has customized products for my skin, used amazing cleanser and exfoliator and also a machine that lifted my skin as well. I love how this was a blend of manual techniques and machine as well. They seem to have the latest and best apparatus for skin!Upon ny arrival I got this lively gift bag, and my name on this big screen and a beverage of choice. I felt pampered way before the treatment begun.Now I am going back with my girlfriends too so they can feel the experience at Viva La Med Spa. It was impeccable thanks somuch!!!
I had Botox and filler( almost full face)from Nurse Haejin, and she was great. I love the natural-looking results, and my Botox lasted for a while. I’m so happy with the results. Thank you, and I will come back again!

It’s so rare for me to walk out of a business, get in my car and write a review. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever done it. I just finished receiving a Hydrafacial by Olivia at Viva la Med Spa and am already looking forward to getting my next one. From start to finish my experience here was fantastic. Rachit and his staff are friendly, professional and made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in the door. I will definitely be exploring their other services and booking my next appointment soon.
2 stars for the beautiful lobby and friendly front staff. I had high hopes based on all the great reviews but I was left so disappointed and frustrated. First, I came in for lip fillers and I have gotten my lips done before so I was familiar with the process but more filler was placed on my upper lip so after three weeks it migrated due to injection placement and I looked like a duck. Came back to get the filler dissolved and it was so painful I was not given numbing cream or anything for all those pokes. I had to go somewhere else to get them fully dissolved. Overall, I learned my lesson I tried to go somewhere new and it was just a big fail and waste of money.

Omg if you are looking for a great facial and skin care spa then this is the place for you. Ponleu was my aesthetician she is very nice, kind and friendly. She explained the entire process and answered all my questions. The chemical peel was the biorepeel and it was fantastic. I’ve been a member over year and nothing but heaven on my face.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR LIP/CHIN FILLERS.Firstly, they claim you will not get a parking ticket if you park at their parking lot but YOU WILL get ticketed regardless if they pay it or not. I had gone to get a promo of “buy 1 synergie and get the other free” a few months ago, turns out that “promo” was already “expired” yet still promoting it on their Instagram, so I had to pay the full amount. The nurse that did my lip injections was very aggressive (didn’t get her name) and painful on my lips, for some reason she thought it was necessary to remove my FULL FACE of makeup considering you just need to remove around the lip area. She was unable to tell me the difference between lip fillers, nor which type she was using on me. She was also more interested in taking photos of me for her content and having me follow her Instagram.This is not my first time getting lip fillers, I’ve never had such a bad experience. She continued removing my makeup after I told her it was not necessary. After I left my first visit, I had to return 2 weeks later because the nurse left my top lip uneven as well as my chin. On the second visit, I requested the owner Rachit for a different nurse, upon arriving, turns out the nurse I had requested was not there and I was not told via text/email, considering I live far, I drove 1 hour for nothing. Rachit thought by giving me a free bottle of vodka will fix my lip, and return the hour I wasted. After rescheduling for the 3rd visit, the other nurse was also not professional, put way too much numbing cream to the point where I couldn’t feel my tongue.I will never return to this place, and I recommend anyone that is considering, please do you research! Not sure what’s going on now, but I keep getting spammed by them on Instagram requesting to follow me after I denied them so many times, so unprofessional.For it to be a “professional” place, clearly these nurses have no knowledge of what’s going and cannot do their job correctly.

By far, it is one of my favorite places for my self-care. The location is nice right off Wells in Old Town, down the street from plenty of eateries. Plus, it’s a great amenity that the spa takes care of our parking in the nearby garage. As soon as you walk in, you are met with wonderful, clean decor and bright, warm smiles of a staff that clearly enjoys being a part of Viva La Med Spa. The staff is very knowledgeable, nice, and attentive. Every service I’ve had here, I’ve loved. The skin analysis is such a cool and informative experience. I highly recommend Viva La Med Spa!

They do personalized signs for all new clients as well as a tour and even offer complimentary services, drinks, and snacks. This all contributed to a great first impression and made me feel comfortable and at home which I think is very important when receiving services that are meant to be relaxing or pampering. The last thing you want is to be uncomfortable while trying to relax.Of course, after the outstanding first impression, I came back for additional services. I’ve gotten lip filler and am doing laser hair removal on two areas.I’ve had filler before but I don’t think I’ve ever loved my results as much as I do now. I saw Marie for filler and WOW she is truly talented and I don’t think I can ever see anyone else besides her again. I cannot wait to schedule my next appointment with her.

But the fact that she is super talented, has years of experience and loves learning in her field. I took my mother here for a hydra facial for Mother’s Day and we had a great experience! The staff of super friendly and welcoming, we even had a welcome sign with our names on it. Owner is also awesome, he took the time to speak and get to know us, and even gave a tour of the place. It’s a clean facility with various services to chose from! As a first time client we received dermaplaning, laser hair removal ( on arm pits), and a skin age test for free! There’s also multiple other items you can receive for free too for your first time. Definitely recommend if you are looking to try out a new med spa! We will definitely be back for our next round of facials and Botox!

I had been putting it off but I finally went to Viva La Med Spa for my first teeth whitening treatment. I was really happy with the results. I had no teeth sensitivity during the process. Portia was such a sweetheart & while I was there I also got a skin analysis. It was pretty cool seeing the quality of my skin and how I’d look when I’m older. I even got to see how I would look with lip filler. Definitely will try it! I look forward to more treatments at Viva La Med Spa 🙂

Turns out doing things on a whim can lead to pretty cool outcomes. Got a nice skin cleansing and lymphatic draining followed by a refreshing hydrofacial with a vitamin C booster. Face is brighter and smoother now. Topped it all of with a teeth whitening to boast how satisfied I was. Thanks Viva and your great staff! 🙂

The staff and owner were so welcoming and friendly and gave me a tour of the entire spa and a run down on the many services they offer. I had a facial, jaw tightening, and CO2 laser treatment. Serena and Nancy made me very comfortable for the laser treatment and I’m already seeing results. Serena is fantastic and was very knowledgeable during my facial and microdermabrasion, my face still looks glowing and pores are noticeably minimized.I’m so glad to have a med spa so close in Old Town and one that offers so many services.
