Great experience. They used to have a really pushy derm lady Dr Kaw I believe and now that she is gone, the place is amazing. Great services, atmosphere and honest staff. I am so glad they got rid of the bad apple!

I am obsessed with this place. The entire experience from walking in to walking out was incredible. The owner is intentional about introducing himself to new patients and greeting returning patients with joy and kindness which I witnessed multiple times during my first time there. They even put your name up on their TV for a few minutes when you first arrive.

The lobby is gorgeous and while I did wait around 20 minutes total in between each of my services, I was never upset by it because they consistently kept me updated, asked me if I was okay, if I wanted anything to drink and/or eat, and apologized anytime I had to wait. From what I saw/was offered, they have juice, water, rosé, wine, and coffee/tea. For snacks, the owner offered fruit.

They have a current first-timer special where you can receive ALL of the following services for free: skincare analysis, mini facial, lymphatic massage drainage, B12 injection, free laser on 1 small area. Since botox is also only $10/unit your first time, I decided to give it a try. I felt comfortable with the staff and they explained everything to me. I never once felt like they were giving recommendations for the sake of gaining more money. Instead, I felt the opposite actually. My aesthetician (can’t remember her name) let me know what she recommends based on what I told her I wanted fixed, but also made it clear that I didn’t “need it”.

Tip: If you’re driving, park in their lot just a few doors down and they’ll validate your parking!

Such a nice, clean, sleek looking medspa. The staff are extremely nice, helpful, and happy and you are greeted warmly with optional drinks or champagne and a little goody bag. They offer lots of free services to first time customers and they are always running deals. I personally got the facial lymphatic drainage and it was so relaxing, not to mention my face did seem slimmer! I think the effect really only lasted a day or two but I didn’t expect much more for only one quick session. Overall I can’t wait to try more services!

The people, the energy, the VIP treatment, and the high quality equipment make this place SO worth it. Everyone is friendly and warm. We were greeted at the door and offered refreshments while we waited for our complimentary first-time client mini hydro facials. It was truly a soothing and lovely experience. 10/10

It's beautiful, they have a free parking garage and all of the doctors are so nice. They do amazing lip filler here I'm obsessed. Also Rochit the owner is so sweet, generous and really is about the customer and customer service.

I am blown away by the amazing customer service at Viva La Med Spa. They truly value and care about their customer experience and will go above and beyond to ensure customers have a positive and joyful experience all throughout.

A great personal touch is that the owner is very involved and personality greets all incoming guests with a warm welcome. They do personalized signs for all new clients as well as a tour and even offer complimentary services, drinks, and snacks. This all contributed to a great first impression and made me feel comfortable and at home which I think is very important when receiving services that are meant to be relaxing or pampering. The last thing you want is to be uncomfortable while trying to relax.

Of course, after the outstanding first impression, I came back for additional services. I've gotten lip filler and am doing laser hair removal on two areas.

I've had filler before but I don't think I've ever loved my results as much as I do now. I saw Marie for filler and WOW she is truly talented and I don't think I can ever see anyone else besides her again. I cannot wait to schedule my next appointment with her.

I got my lip done here. I got the said best staff ever, the manger is so sweet he treat me to muffin and coffee. Everyone is so nice. 5 starts, I love this place.

Im superrr late to this but I got my lip fillers done with Veronica and it's been well over 8-10 months and my lips are still plump! The owner and all the staff were very welcoming !! Will most definitely recommend to anyone who needs a little spa day!!
